The blog “Smart Bitches, Trashy Books” gives a thumbs up to a profile in The New Yorker of romance novelist Nora Roberts. Sadly, you need a sub to read it online but it’s well worth it. Whatever you think of the genre, Roberts has got a great work ethic governed by her primary directive: “Ass in chair.”
